Hoping for a return to sanity this week
QB
Favre against KC's rookies. Hope its that simple. If I owned Gerrard, I'd have circled this game 3 weeks ago as easy pts. Now, not so much as the Browns D has shown some life. Looking for Delhomme to finally get it back and D McNabb is on everyone's top QB list so you have to start him if he's on your team.
HB
Think the Titans backfield gets yards, but no idea which one gets the most. Don't expect numbers like last week from either though. Buckhalter if he's still on the cheap looks to put up numbers. I think Portis will be the man again this week.
WR
The normal plays you play are probably best. DeSean Jackson might be streamable this week, along with any Buccanneer you can get.
TE
Witten and Cooley as the elites for big weeks maybe. TB has a decent run D, so Witten might get the short yard throws especially with a not so strong armed Johnson. Cooley cuffed to Portis good weeks is still theoretical but I'd still stick with it. Marcedes Lewis for a stream maybe. Cleveland did give up the 2nd most pts to fantasy TE last year.

Akers and Feeley would be my streams just for team point potential. Maybe Matt Bryant too if that Dallas run defense plays well.
Getting down to the point of the year where good advice will be hard to find. Every good player should be had and streams will be short in the more active leagues. Hope I was of help.
